Bartosz has been dealing with sales planning, support and realization in the area of ERP system solutions for already a decade. He has been focusing mainly on the family of mySAP ERP, the biggest player of ERP market and the second biggest Oracle. He has gained his experience in management and sales in both small and local companies. He worked on the development strategies and the creation of effective sales departments. He also worked in large enterprises belonging to the biggest industrial group in the world. There he coordinated the activities of consultant teams as one of the youngest employees holding a managerial position.
In contacts with customers, such as Amica Wronki, Hochtief Polska, Volkswagen Poznań, the amount for individual sales (Professional Services) surpassed 60.000.000 PLN. This proves his knowledge, skills and effectiveness of undertaken activities.
Currently, he holds the possition of Director of Development Strategy managing a dynamically developing consulting company. He provides regular rise in turnover by at least 20 per cent annually.

ICC Certified Coach. He deals with individual and group coaching. He conducts training in the area of motivation, personal change, creating teams and solving crisis situations. He has gained and developed his knowledge during studies of clinical psychology at the department of psychology at Warsaw School of Social Psychology.

Sertivo is Bartek's newest venture . Sertivo is a group of professionals (7 people) specializing in the issues of European funds. The company, among others, provides services in the area of application (gaining) and project completion including monitoring project completion, verification of qualified costs, carrying out periodic and final reports, counseling preparing to receive the project and carry out an audit. Sertivo provides a whole product starting from the selection of a programme through preparation of documentation, gaining lacking financing (apart from financing from the EU funds), to project completion, providing the subject of application, to providing post-project financing .

General Director at ICG Sp. z o.o. (SAP Expert Partner),
As one of the co-founders of the company, in the first period, he was responsible for maintaining and gaining new clients, for recruitment processes and the completion of the company’s strategy. Was responsible for recruitment,maintaining the team of employees.The goal was to create a flexible and mobile team of specialists and proffesionalos to support a proper functioning of ICG (Wdrożenia SAP) company. His activities outcome was easy to persive (from 16 coworkers in may 2006 to over 70 in june 2007).

Sales Manager at debis IT Services Sp. z o.o.
Bartek supported the take-over process of Nova Consulting, Arcus Elektronic via debis IT services (Germany). He prepared plans and carried out multiple and complicated recruitment processes of key employees in the consulting department. He was responsible for the organization of Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań localisations of the company. He managed a team consisting of 50 consultants.The most important contracts are: Carcade Leasing, Servisco, Browary Koszalińskie.

As the first BCC employee was responsible for the establishment of the company from the perspective of assumption /strategy building and, as a team member, from the perspective of strategy execution and the completion of sales. He was also responsible for individual sales. The most important contracts Bartek was involved in are: Amica Wronki, Volkswagen Poznań, Pozbuilding (Hochtief), ZEC Bydgoszcz.
